About the Department
The Department of English begun in the year 2005 set in motion with the dictum intending to be get impeccable English to the Rural Mass. It offered Part-II English studies to the students of various undergraduate courses. It has been doing commendable service in providing communicative skills to students of rural backgrounds since its inception.
The Department was upgraded as a major department in 2010 to offer B.A. English Literature. Faculty members of rich experience play a pivotal role in molding the department and perking up the language ability and literary knowledge of the students.
